Online store Design Public has just opened a virtual outlet store. No drives to a dull mall to get a great deal. It’s all online and the savings seem substantial. The light fitting above is $282 marked down from $470. And my gorgeous iPhone case (I’ve got this bamboo one) is $24 instead of $40. There’s not a ton of stuff – 41 items in total but it’s a good selection and I am sure they will add more stuff as time goes on.

The late great Dominick Dunne’s home is up for sale. Clouds, in Connecticut is on the market for $1.75m. It’s not my taste but I really enjoyed his writing and it’s fascinating to see Dunne’s home. Check it out here.
