When I was in New York I had lunch with Hugo Lindgren (check out his Moby Makeover piece – suffice to say he’s a brave man!) We had worked together years and years ago, on the ill-fated George magazine. Hugo was surprised I hadn’t heard of graphic designer Milton Glaser. I knew some of his work (I heart New York) but not all of it (I didn’t know he co-founded New York magazine). I can’t remember now if Hugo mentioned the documentary on Glaser but it comes out this summer and looks amazing. You can check out more here. And the NYTs review here.
